How does the Referral Program work for our Realtor Partners?

Simple!

1. A Realtor establishes their RPP FamilyLending.ca FREE account. ~ Username and password protected
2. Access to "links" & "banner ads" are provided to the member
3. The Realtor uses the "links" and "banner ads" in emails, websites, social sites etc. to start placing & tracking referral ads; and /or the Realtor may email a link to a borrower to complete an online mortgage application. 
   (If the Realtor chooses, there are also printable Direct Referral Forms available in the members area)
4. Once a borrower clicks the link or ad they are directed to our online mortgage application.
5. The borrower and the realtor are now connected through our RPP software. (Names and personal information are never released)
6. FamilyLending.ca's agents work on providing a mortgage solution for your referral!
7. The mortgage closes!
8. Referral commissions are PAID to the Realtor Partner's Brokerage (monthly on the 15th)! (you arrange collection from your Broker of Record)

Remember! You may log in any time to the members dashboard for referral and payment tracking. 
You will also be notified via email of any transactions or occurrences.
